Preparation Instructions
PAN FRY, MEDIUM HEAT, 3-4 MINUTES Pre-heat a non-stick frying pan on medium heat, add some oil to the hot pan and then place thawed Prawns into the pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, turning halfway through. Remove Prawns when cooked.
Storage Instructions
Keep frozen at -18°C and once defrosted use within 2 days. Do not refreeze. Once thawed keep below 5°C and consume within 48 hours. Do not refreeze.
